Shrimpskewers with lemonsgrass

 ½ Tiger Shrimps
 1 Lemongrass
 ½ lime
 1 tsp oil
 ½ tsp Fish sauce
 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
 ½ Piece garlic
Preparing

Cut the red pepper finely, Squeeze the juice of one lime and wash the shrimps, pat the shrimps dry. Cut the lemongrass in quarter lengthwise.
Pierce the prawns with a skewer make sure there are 6 shrimps ons a skewer.
Mix the lime juice with oil, fish sauce, red pepper, coriander and garlic in a bowl. Sprinkle this mix over the shrimp skewers. Allow the skewers to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Grease the grill pan well and heat until it is piping hot. Grill the shrimp skewers for about 5 minutes until tender.

Garnish

Sprinkle some coriander as a garnish over the shrimp skewers.
