 15 l water
 1 tsp Fresh ginger
 3 Tea bags
 75 g Sugar

1. Put the water with grated ginger root in a pan and bring it to the boil.
2. Add the tea bags and leave for 5 minutes.
3. Pour the tea into a heat-resistant jug and add sugar to taste.
4. Allow the mixture to cool and put it in the refrigerator.
5. Serve the ginger tea with ice cubes if necessary.

Garnish

Tip: Add some leaves of mint to give the tea a fresher taste.
