Nashi pears with ginger and wine
Preheat the oven to 180ᵒC.
In a bowl mix the pine nuts, raisins and vanilla syrup. Scoop the mix in equal amount in each nashi pear. Place them in a baking dish and pour water and wine on the bottom. Add slices of ginger. Bake for 60 minutes until the fruits are soft. Serve warm
Slice the top of the fruit, remove the core and make a cavity.
