Cut the papaya, mango, avocado and red pepper into 1/2-inch pieces, then dice the red onion and set aside in a bowl. Chop the herbs.
Mix salad dressing ingredients in a jar and add to the chopped salad fruits and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss salad gently to evenly coat the dressing.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
