Pomegranate cream cheese dip

 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
Other ingredients
 8 oz Cream cheese (1 bar)
 6 oz Goat cheese
 8 oz Gruyère cheese or sharp white cheddar
 ½ cup Roasted almondschopped
 2 tbsp Fresh parsley Chopped
 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
 1 pinch Kosher salt
 1 pinch Black pepper
 Snack crackersFor serving

In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, goat cheese, gruyère or cheddar, almonds, parsley and thyme. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.


Form mixture into one large cheese ball. Place the pomegranate seeds on a large plate and wrap the cheese ball gently around the pomegranate seeds. Fill any cracks by hand.


Refrigerate until cold and sturdy for about 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.

For a quicker recipe just decorate the cheese ball with some pomegranate seeds.
