Cook the oatmeal in coconut milk as described. In the meantime, bring water, honey and washed cranberries to the boil. Keep stirring until the berries crack and it looks like a jelly-like substance.
Slice the nashi pears. Heat coconut oil in a pan. Bake the nashi pears on low heat until they are caramelized.
Pour the oatmeal in a bowl and add the caramelized pears and the cranberries.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the oatmeal and add walnuts to taste.
