 4 Nashi pears
 1 Ginger Cut in 4 thick slices
Other ingredients
 ¼ cup Raisins
 ¼ cup Pine nuts
 1 tbsp Vanilla syrup
 ½ cup Sweet white wine
 ½ cup Water

Preheat the oven to 180ᵒC.

Slice the top of the fruit, remove the core and make a cavity.

In a bowl mix the pine nuts, raisins and vanilla syrup. Scoop the mix in equal amount in each nashi pear. Place them in a baking dish and pour water and wine on the bottom. Add slices of ginger. Bake for 60 minutes until the fruits are soft. Serve warm and enjoy!
