Add flour and salt into a bowl. Add the eggs and half of the milk and mix with a hand mixer to a smooth mixture. Pour the rest of the milk and mix it again.
Heat a little butter in a frying pan. Divide the batter into pan and fry on both sides till its golden brown. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
Peel the mango and cut it into coarse pieces. Make a pile of some pancakes. Divide some coconut yogurt over the pancakes and place the sliced mango at the top. Make it off with Kokosflakes. Enjoy!
