Avocado butter

 2 Ready to eat Avocado's
 1 lime or citron
 1 Piece garlic
 1 egg (optional)
 ½ tsp Oregano
 100 g Spicy cheese
 2 tbsp olive oil
 ½ Fresh parsley

Halve the avocados and spoon them out. Cut the flesh into cubes and mash it with a fork.
Sprinkle with the juice of the lime or lemon, so that the flesh does not discolour dark.
Add a crushed garlic clove and add salt and pepper to taste.


Tip: Add a hard-boiled egg, or a finely fried onion. This way you prepare a deliciously spicy butter on the bread.
